Welcome to HabitHook. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our habit tracking service and application.

By accessing or using HabitHook, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use HabitHook if you do not agree to take all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided by us. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering, data scraping, or attempting to compromise application security.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features are available on a subscription basis ("HabitHook PRO"). Payment processing is securely handled via official application stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their terms.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and visual designs remain the exclusive property of HabitHook. Unapproved reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
